Inspired by a late night chat with an amazing singer/songwriter from Nashville - Mark Elliott - after a gig we did together in Cambridge. This song documents my journey (looking back ) when I suffered from M.E as a teenager. The up-beat nature of the song reflects how I view that period of my life,looking back at it now & what a gift I was given to stop,try to observe,reflect & try to change my perceptions/the road I was on.
Incredibly lucky to have John Barlow (lead Guitar) & Ryan Marks (bass,co-production) work with me on this recording & it would be nothing without their wonderful musicianship.
